Eileen Massa

Eileen started her insurance career in 1993 on the company side, working for Allied Insurance. She started from the ground up working at the commercial lines mail desk, and was promptly promoted to commercial processing where she specialized in rating commercial general liability, commercial property, inland marine, business auto, business owner’s policies, crime and farm accounts. Having learned & excelled in rating all of the commercial lines of business, Eileen was promoted to Team Leader in the commercial Lines department while assuming Commercial Lines Underwriting responsibilities. In 2004 she joined the Rogers & Young team where she uses her leadership and underwriting expertise to service main street commercial risks and personal lines clients.
