Vickie Fogleman

Vickie joined Rogers and Young in March of 2010, coming from a local health insurance brokerage.  She also spent several years working in the medical industry as a health office administrator.  Vickie specializes in creating proposals for prospective clients and marketing renewals for existing clients.
