Michelle Ellwanger

Michelle joined the Rogers & Young team in 2006, bringing over 20+ years of agency experience with her. Her background includes sales, marketing, and service of large commercial accounts, as well as agency operation and management.

Michelle specializes in Contractors, Manufacturers, large Real Estate programs, and sizeable Service businesses. Her experience ranges from Business Packages, Auto Fleets, and Property schedules to large Workers’ Comp and Product Liability policies requiring loss control and extensive claims handling.

A native to Sonoma County, Michelle understands the culture of local businesses. Coupled with her underwriting knowledge and experience, she places our agency at a distinct advantage managing our client’s needs in the ever changing market.
