Meet our Staff

Rob Diab, CPCU

Rob has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He started his career working for Allied Insurance where he had the opportunity to work in claims, underwriting and marketing. In 2000, Rob joined Rogers & Young where he is a broker and works with the management team.

Rob earned his BA from Tulane University and achieved his Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He is currently working toward completing his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Rob enjoys spending his free time with his wife and four daughters. Rob serves on the board of the Windsor Boys & Girls Club and the Annadel Youth Soccer League board. He also coaches in the Santa Rosa Girls Softball league, Annadel Soccer league and CYO basketball.
