Meet our Staff

Michelle Bertozzi

Michelle has been in the insurance industry since 1995. Michelle comes from an insurance family; both her mother and father are insurance professionals on both the independent agency side and Company side. Michelle started her career as a part-time assistant doing filing, computer entry and some accounts receivables. She quickly worked her way up to handling Main Street Commercial Accounts and was responsible for handling day to day activities for all her clients.

In 1998, Michelle took a hiatus from the brokerage side and went to work for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company where she worked as an Underwriting Assistant in the Diversified Risk Services Division. She was responsible for rating, endorsements, renewals and new business for multi-state, complex Commercial accounts.

Upon returning to Rogers and Young Insurance Services in 2001, Michelle took on the responsibilities of an Account Manager in the Large Commercial Accounts Department. Currently, Michelle is  an Assistant to the Large Commercial team, with various duties and responsibilities.
